All Vagababy equipment is cleaned and sanitized with baby-safe products after each rental. We inspect every item for safety and functionality before delivery. Our travel cribs, baby monitors, and all gear meet international safety standards. Your baby's safety and health are our top priorities

We offer free delivery within Kuta, Lombok for rentals of IDR 200,000 or more Delivery fees for other areas: • Selong Belanak area: IDR 70,000 - 150,000 • Larger items (like bamboo fencing requiring a pickup truck): IDR 150,000 - 200,000 Staying somewhere else? Just contact us! we'll do our best to accommodate your location. Let us know where you're staying and we'll work out the details

Please contact us immediately if any equipment malfunctions or has issues. If the damage is due to a defect or problem on our end, we'll take care of it at no cost to you. However, if damage occurs due to misuse or accidents during your rental, repair or replacement costs will apply. We'll always communicate clearly about any charges

We recommend booking at least 1-2 weeks before your arrival, especially during peak seasons (July-August and December-January) when demand is high. That said, we understand travel plans can be last-minute!
